My item(s) is damaged

In very rare times our merchandising team may make a mistake and include a damaged item within an order. We really do apologize! 

If this happens please have your order number prepared and you can simply reach out to us just to  submit a ticket, we are available 24/7 to help! 

Attach a few pictures of your products and we will simply review your concern and come up with a resolution to your problem.
