You sent me the wrong item(s)

In very rare times our fulfillment team may make a mistake and assign the wrong items to an order. We really do apologize!

If this happens to you we ask that you please snap us a few photos of your items, along with your order number. You can simply reach out to us just to submit a ticket, we are available 24/7 to help! 

Attach a few pictures of your products and we will simply review your concern and come up with a resolution to your problem.
